Developed in conjuction with DSS, This is our 1-piece 1000hp capable driveshaft upgrade for the BMW E36 platform designed to handle the power our turbo systems make that can damage or destroy the stock driveshaft.

 

The shaft is made from 3" chromoly tubing with a 108mm CV which eliminates any possible pinion angle issues that mounts directly to our 6 bolt 750 differential conversion with the supplied adapter plates. 

 

Weighs 25lbs. 

 

Balanced on DSS's new 9500RPM balancer to ensure a perfectly balanced shaft.

 

Comes with transmission and differential flange adapters and all necessary hardware for installation.

We offer two different designs of the DSS chromoly driveshaft for OEM 5 speed transmission or 6 speed Euro Evo Getrag or E46 M3 transmission conversion.

 DSS 1000hp Rear Axles E36


DSS 1000hp Rear Axles Upgrade

BMW M3 (e36)

 

These 1000 hp capable Rear Axle Bar and Inner CV upgrades for the E36 M3 are now available from DSS.

 

36 spline high grade aircraft quality bars (stock axle bars are 28 spline) and a custom chromoly CV cage and race set makes these axles practically indestructible.

 

Chromoly 108mm inner CV is a direct replacement for the stock unit, and features full aerospace grade internals.

 

The factory M3 outer CV housing is made from a very strong material, and DSS upgrades the internals to an aerospace grade set also. 

 

Outer housings are tempered and shotpeened, with factory style metal covers on the outer CV (double o-ring sealed), and new cage/race internals along with 36 spline bars and 108mm inner CV.

 

Rated to 1000HP with a 1-year warranty.

BMW E36 Ultlimate 750 Diff Conversion Kit

 

RallyRoad has taken the CES 750 diff conversion bracket and paired it up with their new and improved rear 750 diff mounting bracket (which replaces the now obsolete rear mount euro diff bracket) to make the ultimate install package for the 750 diff conversion which we pioneered so many years ago.

 

The RallyRoad bracket is machined from a 1.5" thick plate of 6061-T6 Aluminum and is much stronger than the factory cast euro bracket.  It also eliminates the need to add solid bushings to the OEM euro diff bracket.

 

This ultimate 750 diff conversion kit makes it possible to bolt in a differential from the E32 750i (or E34 M5) which has a much larger 210mm ring gear to an oem bmw E36 M3 subframe which will handle well over 1000 hp reliably.

Please Note...

**This upgrade kit requires the removal of the stock front e36 M3 subframe mount/bushing and welding of our 750 diff bracket to subframe. Rear Rallyroad bracket bolts into 750 diff and stock e36 rear subframe ears to complete the conversion.**

 

**This conversion kit does not include a 750 differential, or a 6 bolt driveshaft to bolt to the 750 diff. A 95 m3 driveshaft or upgraded DSS driveshaft is required to work with the 750 diff conversion.**

Anything over 450 hp to the wheels can cause severe damage to the stock e36 188mm sized ring and pinion in the differential, eventually shearing the teeth conpletely off with enough hard launches or causing that dreaded whine which means your diff is about to go.

RallyRoad has designed a new and improved version of the now obsolete BMW Euro Differential Bracket that was used to mount the CES 750 Diff Conversion to the stock E36 subframe.

 

The RallyRoad bracket is machined from a 1.5" thick plate of 6061-T6 Aluminum and is much stronger than the factory cast euro bracket.  It also eliminates the need to add solid bushings to the OEM euro diff bracket.

We now offer another upgrade package for anyone with our 750 diff conversion package.

 

Using our included 3" heavy duty washers makes for a much more solid setup to minimize flexing of the subframe that can cause tearing and shearing of the stamped metal oem subframe.

 

The torx bolts replace the front two stock e36 subframe bolts with the integrated nut and the two rear subframe bolts. 

 

The new torx bolts are longer for use with our much larger washers upgrade that replace the flimsy oem ones that can cup and bend under high load and twice as thick as washers that come with upgraded polyurethane bushing sets. 

   

Kit includes 2 torx bolts from an E90 M3 and 8 heavy duty washers.

Whether your BMW is used for drag racing, drifting, or just embarassing exotic supercars on the street, you need a clutch that can handle the abuse.

 

UUC's new Twin Disk flywheel/clutch package is designed for BMWs developing the highest levels of power from turbocharging or supercharging.

 

Until now, taming a 600hp+ BMW meant living with a clutch that was the stereotype "on/off switch" with rough engagement characteristics that made daily-driving a compromise. By incorporating larger disks than the average multi-disk clutch, the UUC design maintains original equipment smooth operation yet easily handles power levels approaching 1,000hp (see material option details below).

 

Larger surface area of a smoother-functioning material is the key to combining the characteristics of high torque capacity with street-friendly operation in this all-new design.

 

Total rotating mass of the complete flywheel and twin clutch package is 25.5lbs, the same total mass as a typical 11.5lb flywheel coupled with the M3 clutch or UUC's Stage 2/M5 clutch conversion package.
