"We have been working on a final revision to the single turbo system we have been developing for the BMW 335 platform.  Due to setbacks with the massive boost creep issues we encountered with the Borg Warner EFR series turbos, we have unfortunately had to abandon our efforts to make this turbo work for our needs.  While boost response was impressive, boost regulation and size constraints fitting such a large turbo were the ultimate reasons why we have turned to the Garrett Gen 2 turbos for our single turbo system project.  Results so far have been very promising, and the final manifold revision from SteedSpeed is almost done to fit the new turbo dimensions.  We feel this will be the best of both worlds, allowing for some of the things we had to give up using the EFR turbo such as turbo placement and overall power goals.  The new Garrett Gen 2's will be capable of flowing 850 - 1000 horsepower, and we will be offering both street and race versions of our turbo kits once they become available.  We will update more as we get closer to releasing the system to the public, but we are very close now.  Stock ecu tuning is also in development, and will be offered as an option once this is completed as well.  We plan on offering the turbo system without tuning for those who have platforms they already wish to use.  Those who want the rock solid stock ecu tuning that keeps our turbo systems so reliable and streetable, can opt to purchase kits with our custom tunes optimized specifically for our turbo system.
